Drink : Mocktails/Iced Tea
• 40ml Dilmah t-Series Organic Ceylon Flowery Pekoe
• 20ml Orange juice
• 10ml Sugar syrup (Coloured blue)
• Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
• Add the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
• Pour into a champagne glass.
