• 150ml Dilmah Mint Tea
• 25ml Honey
• 25ml Sour-mix (mixture of lemon/lime juice and sugar syrup)
• Mint leaves
• Lemon & Lime


• Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
• Muddle the fresh lemon and lime, mint leaves and honey syrup in the glass.
• Pour the tea and sour-mix into the glass and stir.
