Drink : Mocktails/Iced Tea
- 4oz hot water
- 4 tbsp Dilmah Natural Rosehip with Hibiscus, brewed as per pack instructions
- 1 fresh lime
- 1oz simple syrup
- 1 pc cinnamon jelly
- Place the rosehip infusion, fresh lime juice and syrup in a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a martini glass with cinnamon jelly.
- Garnish with lemon twist. Place a spoon for the jelly.
- Serve cold.
