Drink : Cocktails
- 100ml Dilmah Prince of Kandy Tea, brewed
- 40ml rhubarb juice
- 30ml vodka
- 5ml Campari
- Add the rhubarb, vodka and Campari to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir.
- Strain into a glass and add the tea from the siphon.
- Garnish with a string of rhubarb.
