PRINCE’S BLUSHES

Ingredients

  • 100ml Dilmah Prince of Kandy Tea, brewed
  • 40ml rhubarb juice
  • 30ml vodka
  • 5ml Campari

Method

  • Add the rhubarb, vodka and Campari to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir.
  • Strain into a glass and add the tea from the siphon.
  • Garnish with a string of rhubarb.
