PIG’S EAR TOWER

Ingredients

  • 6pcs pig’s ear
  • 100g celery
  • 100g carrot
  • 2000ml water
  • 10ml vinegar
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 20g red pepper
  • 20g yellow pepper

Method

  • Slow cook the pig’s ear, celery and carrot with water for 4 hours and put in the freezer.
  • When frozen, slice the pig ear and make a layer.
  • For garnish: chop the yellow and red pepper.
