Ingredients

  • 80 ml Park Estate Emerald Green Special OP (chilled, 3 minute brew)
  • 50 ml (Hendrick’s) Gin
  • 15 ml (Rosemary & Green Tea) syrup*
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Tonic water

*Rosemary Green Tea Syrup: Infuse rosemary and  2.5 grams of Emerald green tea for 5 minutes in 80°C spring water. Strain and dissolve 300g of sugar in the tea. Use chilled, store refrigerated.

Method

  • Add the first four ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously for 8 seconds
  • Strain into an ice-filled double old fashioned
  • Top up with tonic water
  • Garnish with a sprayed orange zest and a sprig of rosemary
