Oolong a la Chocolate
• 80ml Dilmah t-Series The First Ceylon Oolong
• 3 scoops Chocolate ice cream
• Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
• Pour the ingredients and a few cubes of ice into a blender and mix for about 30 seconds.
• Pour into a Highball glass.
