Drink : Mocktails/Iced Tea
ITALIAN ALMOND SOUR
- 75ml Dilmah Italian Almond tea syrup (100ml/3 tea bags)
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 15ml egg white
- Maraschino Cherries for garnish
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Proceed with shake and strain method.
- Shake for at least 15-20 seconds to achieve good foam.
- Serve in an old-fashioned glass.
