  • 80ml Ceylon Green Tea with Lychee and Ginger (chilled, strong brew)
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Ginger Beer
  • Strawberries and Green Leaves for garnishing


  • Fill the
    glass halfway with ice cubes
  • Put 2
    scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream into the glass
  • Gently
    pour the tea over the ice cream
  • Top up
    with Ginger Beer
  • Garnish
    with a Strawberry and a Green Leaf
