- 60ml Dilmah First Ceylon Souchong tea
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 2 bar spoons of brown sugar
- Muddle the strawberries and brown sugar.
- Top the glass with crushed ice, pour the First Ceylon Souchong tea.
- Garnish with slightly burnt strawberries.
