DILMAH CEYLON SPICE CHAI
- 2 tsp Dilmah Ceylon Spice Chai (plus 1 extra for the teapot)
- 400ml spring water, at 100 °C
- Place the tea leaves in the pot.
- Pour the water directly onto the tea leaves.
- Stir the tea once. Then let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
- Stir and strain the tea at the end of the specified brewing period.
