DILMAH CEYLON SPICE CHAI

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Dilmah Ceylon Spice Chai (plus 1 extra for the teapot)
  • 400ml spring water, at 100 °C

Method

  • Place the tea leaves in the pot.
  • Pour the water directly onto the tea leaves.
  • Stir the tea once. Then let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and strain the tea at the end of the specified brewing period.
