Drink : Cocktails
- 30 ml Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 30 ml Bowmore 12
- 50 ml Pineapple Tepache*
- 10 ml Becherovka
- 60 ml Dilmah Founders Anniversary Breakfast Tea
Pour all ingredients to clay mug, fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice and star anise.
*Pineapple Tepache:Peel and juice two ripe pineapples, put the juice together with skin into mason jar and add 1 cup of sugar. Seal and leave it in dark place with room temperature for approx. 10 days. Slightly shake everyday. Once done, strain into clean bottle and keep in the fridge.
