Every stage of the production process, from the receiving point (incoming stage) to the final packaging, is subjected to stringent quality control and laboratory testing to ensure that the final product exceeds the customer’s most exacting specifications. All teas shipped from our facility meet high standards of hygiene and quality. The in-house state of the art Chemical and Microbiological laboratory, which is ISO/ IEC 17025 Accredited, certifies that all shipments comply with International Regulatory requirements on Food Safety. Furthermore the organisation is certified for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC and ISO 14001 standards.
